Huge property with lots of trees and nature in all its abundance. It’s so cool inside the property as well. The tents are a good experience. Loved the food here as well. Service is exceptional. Location is quite central to most things such as city palace and Pichola lake.

The outside of the location could be chaotic but that’s just old city for you. They don’t give you two keys for one room don’t know why.

Breakfast offered options to suit everyone. But l like filter coffee and the machine coffee was not that great.l had to s

I had to ask for an extra quilt, which l got, but one should have been provided, in December.

the over all property was developed very nicely. it was complete natural retreat being in city at the same time. being An Architect, I liked the articulation of the villas and pathways with in the greenery and trees was a nice experience to have within a city.

Interiors of the villas an be upgraded in-terms of aesthetics as well as a functional need..... there was not a place like wardrobe in which we can put our clothes and belongings. as below the platform cabinets don't work for the same.....its not comfortable to bend every time to use it, there is not a single drawer at bedside to put small belongings. in bathroom also basis like hair dryer was not provided. there is no shelf or rod to put clothes or towel. in short Suit was good in size , but when u charge as Luxury Suits, it should be like one, not same like others, in terms of feel of the interiors and aesthetic inside it. that's where I felt its overcharged for the villa,apart from villas, i would recommend that you should increase your food menu in restaurant. there were ery less option to try,....and we have to go out specially for meals.....

AC control panel needed to be fixed.It made a lot of noise as well.Not value for money, bit overpriced.

Excellent resort in middle of the city but yet away from noise and pollution. Wonderful walking areas amidst the greens.

On an expensive side. Villa could be bigger and with better toiletries. Breakfast spread is average and pretty much only potato based food items like Paratha, Mashed Potato, Aloo Wada, Puri Bhaji etc.

Ala-cart Breakfast was great! Fresh and good portions. Excellent taste !

Humidity in the fabric tents.. but the manager got the room dehumidified and vacuumed again for the second night .

Its a spacious place which was quite and the food was expensive for the rates of Udaipur, but really good.

Food is on the pricier side given that it's not a 5 star property.

Superb Location. Amazing Property. Good Food. Professional team. It's among the best locations in Udaipur and great value for money. There is a lord Shiva temple next to it which is 2000+ years old, a must visit hidden gem for everyone

Swimming pool didn't had any balls. When we asked them to get it from outside, they couldn't take that request seriously :)

Property is beautiful and definitely one of the best places to stay in Udaipur. They offer good facilities, rooms are bigger in size and the stay was comfortable

Staff is relatively new. Can work on training the staff for a better customer experience. The food is good but not great and they charge exorbitant prices.

Beautiful park with flowers and trees and villas spread around a pond. We liked the room, with its king size bed, and they kindly added a extra single bed for our son. The king size bed is so wide that we could sleep 3 in there, so the room was large enough for us two and our two children. Nice swimming pool and nice restaurant.

The staff at the restaurant was nice but they need extra training as waiters.

Amazing Property at a location which you wouldn't believe it's there. It's right next to lake Pichola and yet gives a feeling of resort amidst the nature. We had executive suite which was just amazing! Nikhil ji from reception and their entire team was super friendly. Big Room sizes. Admist the Nature Feeling. Amazing Shiva temple (almost 500 years old) next to this property

Food in restaurant was good. (Not exceptional but good). Swimming pool had only one water ball that too broken. We asked them to get new one which wasn't met in timely manner. They need to have atleast some backup options for such small items which matter the most specially when families are coming with kids.

Location of the property, Peaceful cottages, cleanliness, well connected with nature, lush green surrounding. hospitality of staff. Quality of food.

The in-room coffee options do not have green tea bags. Requested in-room service staff to arrange but he denied saying they can't. We had to purchase it from outside. Sometimes, they dont keep buffet for hot breakfast, ala-carte with limited options.

Nothing is good as per rate.

This is most bundal resort and mostly manager attitude is most worse.i this bakvas resort don't go any one if won't to share my opinion ask me. I am from Ahmedabad (advocate) 9898321530.They show different and take different charge.

Beautiful quiet property in the middle of the old city. Very very spacious rooms and lots of space to wark around.

The property is very well located. Its minutes away from the city centre and yet it doesn’t let you know that. extremely peaceful during the day and nightquite relaxing if you’re planing a weekend getaway.

I would thinks its a more pricey against the quality they are trying to provide.Their staff is co-operative .The property is well maintained.They should provide packages including food so that they can compete better with the other resorts ( within their price range) .They have limited amenities.

Perfect Location. Good Staff and the property is surrounded by nature.
